In this update we’ve added the ability for you to add chargeable extras against a specific property. By allowing a chargeable extra to be restricted to a specific property we’re opening up many new uses for chargeable extras 🎉
From the day we added chargeable extras the one question everyone has asked is “Can you provide a chargeable extra at just one property?”, well now you can! 😁 Chargeable extras can now be ‘restricted’ to specific properties, this way you can provide property specific chargeable extras or property specific prices. This improvement should help make chargeable extras even more useful and open up their use to many businesses who couldn’t use them before.
For those of you who primarily use an external mail client to read/respond to enquiries the new ‘Mark All As Read’ button in the Enquiries section will prove useful. Click the ‘Mark All As Read’ button in the top right corner and all your unread enquiries will be marked as read. ✅
We’ve improved the iCal export by including your check-in / check-out times on unavailable dates, this helps make the export fully compatible with more sites. 👍
We’ve been busy making a number of behind the scenes improvements to help us continue to provide a reliable service. This week we have been combatting some performance issues that at times required us to bring the system into maintenance mode. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’ve fixed the problem and work is already underway to avoid any potential future issues in this area.
