In this update we’ve introduced new features for both agencies and standalone clients plus enhanced existing functionality across the board.
We’ve made some really powerful improvements to the property sharing functionality to allow the 'resharing' of properties, the ability to choose where bookings/enquiries are sent to and a new ‘approve/reject’ workflow that allows clients and the agencies they work with to make changes to commission rates, sharing settings and more in a safe way. We’ve also squeezed in some requested features and brand new ‘Managed Account’ functionality to allow agencies to efficiently work with property owners.
One of the big new features thats going to save a lot of time is the new ‘Templates’ functionality in the ‘Broadcasts’ section. Templates allow you to quickly get an attractive, professional email broadcast together. We have Templates for showing off your current special offers, for highlighting specific properties, specific destinations and holiday ideas. The Templates really help to save time and enable you to regularly send out email broadcasts without having to write up an entire email. You can customise the email that the templates generate before you send it to your subscriber list.
Visitors to your site can now search the website for specific pages using the new search box added to the site footer 🔎 . We’ve also tidied up the social sharing buttons in the footer into a new ‘Connect with us’ section for a cleaner looking design. Emails sent by the system now include links to your social media profiles to help further your social presence. Emails sent by the system have also been enhanced so that they look great on mobile phones and tablets 📱 .
The Financial Report now allows you to click on a month to view the bookings within the month, this detailed view also gives you the Owner / Agency split if your working with an agency who takes bookings on your behalf.
We’ve gotten some requested features implemented in this update too including the ability to drag floorplans into a specific order and in the broadcasts section we now show you who exactly has read a broadcast.
For agencies we’ve got brand new ‘Managed Account’ functionality. ’Managed Accounts’ enable you to take bookings on behalf of property owners in an efficient manner. The owners have access to an ‘Owner Portal’ that allows them to view their bookings, adjust their availability, coordinate house keeping staff and more.
