Casa Capricorn is a modern 2 bedroomed town house in a suburban community of La Mata suitable for couples and families looking for a relaxing break. For the sun-worshipper, you may be interested to know that we boast an average temperature of 20C and 340 days of sunshine which is ideal when we are only a 20 minutes stroll (1.5km) from La Mata's golden sandy beach. Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Guadamar beaches are also easily accessible where a range of water sports can be found. Alternatively, you could just relax by the communal pool inside the landscaped and gated private gardens just yards from the property.
The new website for Casa Capricorn uses our 'Collage' theme which is great for showing off multiple pictures of the property. Casa Capricorn aren't currently taking bookings online via their website therefore their SCRUMPY website is completely free! If Casa Capricorn at any point in the future decide they would like a live availability calendar and the ability to take bokings and payments online they can simply press a button in their admin and upgrade their site.
