The new SCRUMPY website for Beaches View in Exmouth is now live!
Beaches View Is a ground floor apartment, located above the esplannade on one of the first roads to be developed in Exmouth. It is part of a villa that was built circa 1833 and is grade II listed. All amenities are within walking distance. The beach is about 75 yards away which also puts you onto the South West Coast Path. There are restaurants within 50 yards as well as cafes on the esplanade and pubs nearby. The town is a 5 minute walk away and the station approximately 10 minutes.
The website for Beaches View is using our Lite offering which means that it is completely free of charge! If in the future they decide they would like to use our full featured system and have the ability to show availability and take bookings they can simply click a button in their admin system to upgrade.
