Managing your bookings

We have seen property owners use numerous methods to manage their bookings, from spreadsheets to notebooks, but here at SCRUMPY we want to make it as easy as possible for you to stay on top of things and like to think we have done a lot of the leg work for you.

Chasing Payments

Are you fed up of having to constantly call and email guests reminding them of their overdue balance? Within SCRUMPY each booking has a series of automated emails that go out to the guest prior to the booking prompting them to pay the balance that is due. Guests can then go into their booking and make thier payment. As an owner you can see all of the emails and activity that the system is doing on your behalf.

Guest Details

To save you having to go through and input all of the details of your guest the system will send out an email prompting the guest to do this themselves. Again this will show up in your admin within the booking but saves you time in not having to chase for the information or manually type it all in.

Room Configurations

Within your admin you have the ability to set room configurations. The guest will then be able to go on and configure their rooms. For example choosing a twin or double bed or which room they would like a cot in. If you have a housekeeper the system can then pass this information straight on to them so they can prepare the property for the stay.

Reviews

After a guest has stayed you are probably focussed on your upcoming bookings as opposed to those that are now in the past. The system will automatically send out an email (you set the number of days after the stay this happens) and ask for the guest to leave you a review. You can then either display these on your website or in some cases take into account a guests requests and make improvements for the future.
