The property has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single (sleeps 3). It has an Inglenook fireplace with wood burner for those cosy nights in, a Rangemaster cooker to complete the beautiful homely country kitchen/diner, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
You can enjoy underfloor heating in both the kitchen and in the stylish travertine wet room. There is a peaceful and pretty cottage gardenwhich is full of flowers, a herb garden, trailing roses and honeysuckle and a Cherry Tree!

Kennford is nestled in the beautiful Kenn Valley, just minutes from the A38, giving easy access to explore Historic Exeter, the old Port of Topsham and the surrounding area, including the Exe Estuary cycle/walking trail, Haldon Forest for mountain biking and walking, beaches such as Dawlish Warren, Shaldon and Exmouth and the Regency seaside towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth.
