We have recently developed an exciting new feature giving our property owners the ability to offer guest extras which they can add on to their booking.
Many property owners offer various optional extras with stays at their property. This can be anything from local produce to luxury spa hampers. We have recently developed a feature so once a guest has made their booking they can choose to add on any of these extras at any point until their stay. The value of the extras they’ve chosen gets added to their booking as an adjustment.
Owners can define items/services that can be purchased at the time of booking or after booking. This can be done within the 'Chargeable Extras' section of their admin. Guests can purchase extras from their ‘My Booking’ area and will even be reminded to look at the extras they could enhance their booking with.
We’re excited to see how customers use this new feature, its going to both free up time spent describing extras to guests over the phone and increase the number of guests purchasing extras since they can now do it online.
